Mantra & Chanting ~
The Heart of Bhakti
The
art of chanting, a practice of Bhakti Yoga (or the Yoga of Devotion),
is called by many names, Mantra, Japa, & Kirtan; each with its
own special technique. We use ancient Sanskrit prayers to open the
chakras, enliven our energy field and help us to go beyond our
thinking mind and experience the world through an open heart. David
and Lisa help guide you through translations & pronunciation,
singing and chanting, and ways to incorporate Mantra into your daily
practice. No musical or vocal experience is necessary, but be ready
to open your heart in a brand new way!

Kirtan with Lisa & David Dragonfly
David &
Lisa bring together the joy of Bhakti and soulful music as they share
their love of singing and chanting together in Kirtan. The practice
of Kirtan uses Sanskrit Mantra as meditations on love, unity and
divine oneness. It encourages us to sing and flower open to our
individual expressions of the spiritual path. Come share in the
bliss!
