Do you take special orders?
Yes! In fact, much of my work is making custom peices for my customers, both with Malas and Jewelry.  Call 610.929.1427 or email sunyata108@yahoo.com to discuss ideas. 

How long do special orders take?
Special Orders take a minimum of 2 weeks to fulfill after the project and materials are decided on.  This sometimes takes longer, but I strive to have your order filled in the 2 week time period. Orders may be rushed (birthday presents, etc.) for an extra $20.  All special orders must be pre-paid.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, I do offer wholesale pricing.  Please email me at sunyata108@yahoo.com to receive the weblink for wholesale.  Also include your shop or studio information and Tax ID number.  

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with anything you purchase from Sunyata Design, I will make every attempt to find you a piece you will love.  If that's not possible,and the peice is unworn/unused, I will offer a full refund.

Do you repair broken jewelry?
Yes, I take on many jewelry repairs with beaded peices. I do not do fine jewelry repair (stone setting, soldering etc.)  I also have worked with old family jewelry (strings of pearls etc.) and have recreated them into usable peices such as bracelets and earrings.

What are your shipping terms?
Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping is added automatically at checkout.  If you need your items rushed or would like a different carrier such as UPS or Fed Ex, a seperate charge for the actual shipping cost will be added to your credit card.

Do you make every item yourself?
Yes! I have a studio here in my home, and take great care to create a sacred environment to work in.  My work isn't just about wearing jewelry or having an ornamental Mala; the energy I put into each peice is one I want you to feel when you hold it in your hand!
